FIAB Bids Farewell to the Outgoing CEO of Druk PNB Bank Ltd

On December 25, 2025, the Financial Institutions Association of Bhutan (FIAB) organized a special farewell lunch in honour of Mr. Vijay Kumar, the outgoing Chief Executive Officer of Druk PNB Bank Ltd.
In the absence of the FIAB President, the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan, Mr. Karma, presented a memento to Mr. Vijay Kumar on behalf of FIAB. He expressed FIAB’s heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Vijay’s dedicated leadership at Druk PNB Bank Limited and his valuable contributions to the collective growth and development of Bhutan’s financial sector. Mr. Vijay was wished good health, happiness, and continued success as he returns to India to embark on the next phase of his life and career.
On the same occasion, Mr. Karma warmly welcomed the incoming Chief Executive Officer of Druk PNB Bank Ltd, Mrs. K Meera Bai, to the FIAB fraternity and conveyed FIAB’s commitment to working closely with her in the days ahead.
The event was attended by Chief Executive Officers from FIAB member financial institutions, along with the Executive Director and staff of FIAB.
